OW DO I RESERVE A PARTY BUS IN KANSAS CITY?
To reserve your party bus, a $100 debit or credit card deposit is required. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your reservation, securing your date and vehicle. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, weddings, proms, and other high-demand dates, to ensure the best availability.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE BUS?
Smoking is not permitted on any Party Express Bus Kansas City vehicle. However, your driver can make scheduled stops throughout the evening, allowing guests who smoke to step outside. This policy helps keep our buses clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for every group while protecting the condition of our fleet.
ARE ALCOHOL, DRINKS, AND FOOD PERMITTED ON THE BUS?
Alcohol is permitted only when every passenger is 21 years of age or older and presents a valid government-issued photo ID. Our driver will verify identification before alcohol is allowed on board.
If your group includes passengers under the age of 21, they must be transported before any alcoholic beverages are brought onto the bus. If alcohol is found while minors are present, the trip will be terminated immediately. Party Express Bus Kansas City maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage drinking and reserves the right to contact parents and/or law enforcement if necessary.
Food is welcome on the bus. However, excessive spills or trash may result in a $50 cleaning fee. Drinks with secure lids are strongly recommended to help prevent spills and keep the interior clean throughout your trip.
CAN PARTY EXPRESS BUS KANSAS CITY PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
No. Party Express Bus Kansas City does not provide alcoholic beverages under any circumstances. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, provided everyone complies with our age requirements and policies. Coolers are welcome, and we encourage groups to drink responsibly so everyone can enjoy a safe and memorable experience.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PARTY BUS RESERVATION?
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Reservations canceled within 7 days of the scheduled service date will forfeit the deposit. If we are unable to rebook the reserved date and time, the client will remain responsible for the full contracted amount.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to the full reservation charge.
By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these cancellation terms. Contact us immediately with any schedule conflicts.
IS MUSIC PROVIDED OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?
Every Party Express Bus Kansas City vehicle features a premium, high-powered sound system. Guests are encouraged to connect their own playlists using Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smartphones or tablets. An auxiliary cable is also available upon request.
